SCG /GY range of tubing is extremely flexible, flame-retardant,
thin wall with green and yellow striped heat shrink polyolefin
tubing especially developed for electrical equipment ground lead
applications.
The unique dual color striping of green and yellow provides an
instant identification for ground wires.
The tube has a 2:1 shrink ratio and has been engineered to offer
a low shrink temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. This allows the
tubing to shrink rapidly and minimizes heat exposure and possible
damage to temperature sensitive substrates. It also offers excellent
chemical and thermal resistance.
The tubing is manufactured using a special co-extrusion process
ensuring that the green and yellow color is fully integrated into
the tubing wall.
