Radiform RCCTS tubing is a cross-linked heat-shrinkable polyolefin tubing used for insulating and sealing underground and aerial connections in CATV plant, CCTV connections and Control cables splicing joints.

The characteristics of the tubing ensure error free installation and provide long life protection through a careful synchronized process. When the tubing reaches the required temperature, the tube recovers, the sealant flows and the thermocromatic paint changes color and disappear. The benefits of this process are that cable damage and scorching is eliminated, a waterproof barrier is formed and craft personnel are assured of the integrity of the splice. This product is ideal for installation of heat sensitive cables in the communication and control industries. The tubing provides superior protection while installed and is designed to be selectively strippable from connectors. This provides easy and quick re-entry to splice areas.
